By accessing or using the Hazrd platform (“Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Hazrd is a digital health & safety incident reporting system developed for hospitality businesses. The Service is operated by Hazrd from Glasgow, Scotland.
To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. You must not attempt to breach or test the security of the platform, reverse-engineer the system, or disrupt the Service in any way.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Hazrd platform. We do not claim any rights over your data, except as necessary to provide and maintain the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When an organisation registers with Hazrd, the first user becomes the Admin for their business. The Admin can manage users and view all data for their registered business.
Users added to the account may be assigned one of the following roles:
All roles are restricted to the single business account created at signup. Multi-site or multi-business support is not currently provided.
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and stored.
We strive to maintain consistent uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from Service unavailability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard. Your access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or wish to request a refund due to a billing error, please contact us at billing@hazrdapp.com within 14 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or if your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazrd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
